I very much enjoy living here! I feel safe with the security of the closed parking garage and key only entrance. I live in a one bedroom and it has been perfect for just me. Starting a family soon and I have chose to continue staying at Providence Place and upgrade to a 2 bedroom here soon because you cannot find a better deal in the city plus I love it here that much.
Dakota and Medina in management are awesome to work with always so happy to see us and help with our requests. Maintenance goes above and beyond for any issue I’ve had in my apartment. I don’t have any complaints or issues about this place.

Key fobs were not working on any of the doors. Waited for response as to when problem was fixed. I was never notified. I had to keep checking myself. Office was closed.

Im a caretaker fir my mother and also a Housing Authority client. I paid a 200.00 fee to hold the apartment . Ann was wonderful she helped me to the fullest extent of law. My moms application was accepted due to building wasnt felon friendy, My application was rejected. I would like to appeal this matter. I deserve to live in Providence Place looked like a great community. Thanks Ann for your help. I would like to be re. screened..Hopefully something will happen.
The management is horrible here. They have made me feel very unwelcome, even to the fact that I feel like they are bullying me. The maintenance has taken a month and a half to fix what he said he would fix in a week. My friend said that they hadn't fixed her hot water in a month. On their rental portal, they overcharge. They block emails that they don't want to see. They try to push you around. I wouldn't suggest living here.
